TESAG is a pure-play epiwafer foundry.
We provide epitaxial layer structures for optoelectronic devices according to your designs on 2”, 3”, and 4” wafers.
Laser bars at 800 nm and 940 nm with excellent reliability and output powers exceeding 100 W are produced by our customers, for example JENOPTIK Diode Lab. Single emitters at various wavelengths with an output power of up to 10 watts, are produced by Lumics using material supplied by TESAG. Also, LED wafers designed for various sensor applications are in our portofolio.
TESAG has implemented a stringent quality control according to ISO 9001: 2000 as the basis for high yield in our customers’ processes.
Products and services: Epitaxial wafers based on GaAs and InP for laser diodes, LEDs, photodiodes.
