Established in 1995, EPIGAP Optoelektronik GmbH develops and manufactures chips for LEDs and photodiodes and customised OptoModules and OptoSensors meeting the highest standard of performance, innovation and quality required by customer’s applications. The factory in Berlin, Germany, occupies over 1000 sqm (including 250 sqm for clean room) with state-of-the-art production facilities, technologies and processes such as liquid phase epitaxy, metallization, photo-lithography, grinding, dicing and 100 % final testing. The products are used in medical, automotive, photo, security and sensor applications and can be purchased as bare chips, in standard and customised packages and as high-power modules.
