High power diode lasers: Physics and technology of high brilliance diode lasers are main research topics of FBH. Using cutting edge technologies the FBH develops diode lasers tailored precisely to fit individual needs of partners in research and industry. Examples are power lasers for materials processing, diode laser systems for applications in space and ultra-stable diode lasers with narrow line width for spectroscopy and metrology.
