neoplas control GmbH is a spin off company of the Institute of low temperature plasma physics. Its business segments are metrology and process control. Our main product line is the Q−MAC System, a quantum cascade laser measurement and control system. Q−MACS was developed for the control of gas and plasma processes and high sensitive trace gas analysis. It combines a very high sensitivity with an excellent time resolution and fits perfectly to the requirements of real-time measurements in gas and plasma processes. The application of quantum cascade lasers allows building very compact and cost-effective metrology, so that MIR Spectroscopy can be used for industrial solutions for the first time. Application fields are especially the control of plasma etch systems, R&D and environmental monitoring.
