Global Advantage presents Governor Napolitano's International State of the State Luncheon Governor Napolitano presented her International State of the State address in Tucson on October 6, 2008. Gov. Napolitano discussed where Arizona stands in the global economy, and ways we can work in collaboration to raise our state's profile with other nations. The inaugural luncheon and awards ceremony also highlighted the accomplishments of the state of Arizona in the international arena over the past year and also recognized individuals & companies who have made significant contributions towards the internationalization of Southern Arizona's economy.
